You may utilize any urgent care or pharmacy of your choice for the COVID-19 viral load screening and the antibody test. Insurance typically covers the cost of your first exam. You may refer to the CDC link to find the closest testing center near you:

UPON ARRIVAL:

• Patients will be asked to wait outside and call the office upon arrival
• ALL patients must wear a face mask to their appointment; otherwise, one will be provided
• Mandatory temperature check will take place upon arrival to office for ALL persons entering
• With increased social distancing in place, waiting areas will have minimal capacity; Accordingly, when arriving for the office visit, no more than ONE person may accompany the patient and no more than two persons are permitted in the waiting area.
• ONLY the patient will be allowed in the patient treatment areas

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We ask all patients within 48 hours of an appointment who have any of the following to

PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment:

• Symptoms of: respiratory infection/cough/shortness of breath/difficulty breathing
• OR at least two of the following symptoms: fever/chills/repeated shaking chills/muscle pain/ headache/sore throat/new loss of taste or smell
• Known exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or anyone in your household who is experiencing flu-like symptoms
• Recent travel to a high-risk region
• Exposure to a person with the flu or any other communicable disease
